1.1 — Blood Type O +
1.2 — Height 6'3"
1.3 — Weight 145
2.1 — Left Eye (Photograph Number) (full-size image: https://goo.gl/XQ2Voh) 8
2.2 — Right Eye (Photograph Number) (full-size image: https://goo.gl/XQ2Voh) 8
2.3 — Left Eye Color - Text Description hazel mostly green today, blue some days
2.4 — Right Eye Color - Text Description same
2.5 —Comments My eye color changes from green to blue over the course of a month. The blue can be an icy clear blue with very few flecks. The green can be smooth moss color (like today) or flecked with amber. Others have commented on the way my eye color changes, so I believe it is somewhat unusual.
3.1 — What is your natural hair color currently, when without artificial color or dye? blonde
3.2 — Hair Color - Text Description naturally, it would be "dirty blonde" with white/grey patches around the face
3.3 — Comments As a child my hair was very light blonde, but settled into a "dirty blonde" - lighter than brown, but darker than a natural blonde. It has always sunbleached easily. Now, of course, it has become very light grey - almost white - around my face.
4.1 — Any final thoughts? The full page eye images at Google is no longer working. The distinction between the top 3 rows of examples is very hard to see, leaving much uncertainty in my answer. And I see no examples with clear moss green. Have you considered having participants submit a photo of their eyes so you could draw the more subtle distinctions needed? Closeup selfies could maintain confidentiality while giving you higher quality input. Overall, fun survey. Thanks.
1.4 — Handedness Right

Absolute Pitch Survey [see all responses]

Can tell if notes are in tune: Yes
Can sing a melody on key: Yes
Can recognize musical intervals: Yes
Do you have absolute pitch? No
