Do you have a severe genetic disease or rare genetic trait? If so, you can add a description for your public profile. Yes, I have a mutation in PMS2, one of the genes associated with Lynch Syndrome. My family history of colon cancer, and personal history of precancerous colon polyps, suggests that it is a deleterious mutation.

Do you have a severe genetic disease or rare genetic trait? If so, you can add a description for your public profile. I already completed this survey once, but forgot to mention that in addition to having a PMS2 mutation, along with a family history of colon cancer and a personal history of precancerous colon polyps, all of which points to Lynch Syndrome, I am also heterozygous for Fanconi's anemia.
