Harvard PGP: COVID-19 Health Assessment for Week of 22-28 March 2020

Dear PGP Participants,

We hope this message finds you in good health. Right now we are seeing the devastating impact of COVID-19 all around us. Here at the Personal Genome Project, we see an opportunity in partnership with participants like you to help stem the tide of COVID-19 in a way that, as far as we know, is unique to PGP participants.

Below is a health status survey for you to fill out and designed to help gain more information about our participants in relation to COVID-19. We will be sending out a new survey weekly for the next few months. As with all PGP phenotype (trait) and medical history surveys, the answers to these questions should be considered public and will be connected to your public PGP profile.
