I've never thought about this... I don't think it's different but cannot give a conclusive answer as I have not thought about it in the context of listening to every other instrument.

I feel physical sensations in my body depending on various chords/notes. Sometimes you can observe "chills" (unsure of proper scientific name) on my skin in response to various pitches. I also have the sense of "feeling" the sound as something sharp, cold
