metoprolol tartrate 50mg - twice daily


Over the Counter:

aspirin 81mg - Mon, Wed, Fri

fish oil 1400mg (980mg of Omega-3) - daily

multivitamin/multimineral - daily

omeprazole 20mg - every other day
