About your Google Health profile archive

This archive contains a copy of the Google Health profile "gmc@harvard.edu" as it appeared in the Google Health account for geochurch@gmail.com as of 07 March 2012 at 09:49:17AM EST.

Your profile archive includes your health data in several different formats, described in the table below. For more information on these formats and how to use them, please see the Google Health help center.

Readable formats

Filename	Description
gmc_harvard_edu-full.pdf	Printable PDF file containing all data stored in your Google Health profile, excluding notices and uploaded files
gmc_harvard_edu-summary.pdf	Printable PDF file containing a summary of just the most recent data stored in your Google Health profile
gmc_harvard_edu-notices.html	An HTML file containing a readable representation of the all the notices that have been sent to your Google Health profile by data providers and third party services. View this file in a web browser.

Data exchange formats

Filename	Description
csv/	Your Google Health profile data represented in comma-separated value format, excluding notices and uploaded files. You can use this format to transfer your profile data to a spreadsheet or database.
gmc_harvard_edu-ccr.xml	Your Google Health profile data represented as a Continuity of Care Record (CCR) XML file, excluding notices and uploaded files. You can use this format to transfer your profile data to other health tools that can import CCR records.
gmc_harvard_edu-notices.xml	All the notices that have been sent to your Google Health profile by data providers and third-party services, stored in an XML format. Use this file if you ever need to transfer your notices to other electronic tools that support the Google Health notices format in the future.
